As a Water Conditioning Equipment Technician, you will play a hands-on role in supporting residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Orlando, FL. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing water treatment systems that enhance water quality. You’ll also help customers improve their day-to-day lives by delivering safe, efficient, and effective water solutions.

What you will do
- Install water treatment systems, including water softeners, carbon filters, sediment filters, reverse osmosis systems, water quality controllers and chemical feed pumps in residential homes as well as commercial and industrial facilities.
- Perform diagnostic checks and repairs on water conditioning equipment systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Conduct water quality tests and recommend appropriate actions based on results and customer needs.
- Educate customers on system usage, maintenance, and benefits with clear and respectful communication.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance such as cartridge replacements, softener salt checks, and filter cleanings.
- Troubleshoot system issues such as pressure problems, leaks, and quality concerns.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company standards at all times.
- Document service visits accurately and communicate effectively with the customer support team.
What you will bring
- Proven hands-on experience with water treatment equipment, with the ability to install, troubleshoot, and service them confidently.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic plumbing skills, such as pipe cutting, valve installation, and system commissioning.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule efficiently.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and use ladders/stairs as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to comply with safety requirements, including drug/alcohol testing and respirator fit if needed.
